I could not fault Lac et Montagne Sports. Victor, Goutier and the staff were so helpful. The ski equipment hired by our friends was perfect and high quality. My own personal equipment needed repairing which they just sorted without any faffing. We were able to leave both our personal equipment and the hired equipment in the shop at the end of the day which made things much easier with 4 us in the car each day. The Happy Hours bar next door was a superb place for both food and AprĂšs! We will certainly be back!

I bought a couple of waterproof Kagools from them when were skiing in the rain. They worked well but one had a problem with some of the stitching. They had no stock to offer a replacement so the shop owner took the item back home and stitched it up himself overnight and returned to me the following morning - he went 'above and beyond expectations'. Great job done and fantastic service.

Fantastic shop, with a friendly staff. Excellent English and nice to us no French speakers. Reasonable prices and got us kitted and on the slopes quickly. A definite five stars and well deserved.
